•FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION Let’s connect and find out if I’m the right doula for you! • TWO PRENATAL APPOINTMENTS These appointments are 60 minutes each, and tailored to your individual needs. During these visits, we will have the opportunity to get to know each other and be able to discuss previous pregnancy/birth experiences you’ve had, fears surrounding birth, look into birth location options, we will discuss Informed Consent and the details of that, birth education, and anything else you may have questions about or would like more information on. At our second prenatal appointment, around 37-38 weeks, we will finalize and put together a Birth Plan that you feel comfortable with. We will also discuss how you envision your birth space to look like, as well as discuss your preferred comfort measures. •PRENATAL SUPPORT Unlimited phone/text/email support your entire pregnancy. • LENDING LIBRARY During this time, you will have access to my growing Lending Library; please contact me to inquire what I have available at the time. I will provide you with a Community Resource List for all things regarding pregnancy, newborn, and postpartum. •ON-CALL AT 38 WEEKS I will be on-call for your birth starting at 38 weeks of gestation until you give birth. •LABOR SUPPORT I will be available to offer you continuous face to face support for 15 hours as soon as you feel you may need me. I will be there to help support you in various ways. Such as, natural comfort measures, encouragement, nurturing, partner support, aromatherapy, photos/videos at your request, and being a pillar of support throughout your labor and birth experience. I will help support you and your birth plan throughout your labor and will be of help to you for 1-2 hours after welcoming your new baby earth-side. •TWO POSTPARTUM APPOINTMENTS I will check in with you sometime between 24/48 hours after you give birth. At both appointments, we will discuss any questions or concerns that you may have concerning your delivery, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, or questions regarding your newborn. •SPIRITUAL SUPPORT If you are wanting support by means of the covering of Scripture, please let me know! Jesus’ healing and Godly encouragement is vital during this vulnerable time! I require a $200 deposit upon booking, with the remainder amount due at 37 weeks gestation of your pregnancy.
